    Cutting, and need advice

Alright, so I've started a new diet. I want to maintain ( if not make some type of gains ) strength wise while dropping quite a bit of weight ( 270 - 245 ) if I can. I'm 16 - so steroids are out of the question for another few years, but what kind of supplements will help to aid fat loss and main if not increase strength.

Your 16, so a lot of supplements are out of the question. Please post your planned diet.

What are some good boosters that do not have creatine in them--I am staying off the stuff for a bit.
