    f-ed up from a stack

Alright, it took a while but i finally fucked up with supplements. I decided to try stacking some fatloss supplements only to find out it was a huge mistake. The stack consisted of Shocker Nutrition's Thermo Lean Extreme, Beverly International's 7-Keto, S.A.N.'s Blaze, some shit called Ultimate Fat Metabolizer by BioChem, and some "Super Colostrum" by Now, along with RedLine which i was already taking for awhile. It put me in the worst feeling I've ever been in. My breathing was faster then usual at rest, i felt horribly sick and insanely hungry all day (and it only made me feel worse when ever i tried to eat anything), and at one point i ended up throwing up. Which of the previously listed supplements should I continue to use and which should i stop? I don't want this shit to ever happen again but i need to take something because I'm trying to lose fat as quick as possible, and regular fatloss methods without supplements would just take wayyy too long for my impatient self. I admit i fucked up, and i payd the consequences, so don't flame me unless your going to actually answer my question somewhere in your comment, but it's only my first day trying this so i can easily fix the problem by elimating some of the supplements i used. So i was just wondering what your opinions were towards which ones i should get rid of and which ones i should keep. Thank you

Just stop taking all of those fat burning supplements. Why would you stack like 5 fat burners anyways. Don't worry about losing fat "as fast as possible", just get your diet worked out and continue with your training.

alright, thanks kcoleman. I'm going to make a revolutionary decision for me that i should of done a very long time ago. I'm going to stop taking supplements (with the exception of a multi-vitamin and protien) and really focus on a solid diet. now i regret wasting all that damn money.

There isn't a healthy way to lose fat "as fast as possible" safely. It's mostly diet not the supps you take. Create a good calorie deficiet diet and stick to it.

how about stopping all of them!

fat loss is 100% down to diet, cardio is also a big help, no amount of supplements is going to get you ripped

The faster you loose it, the faster it will come back once you are off all those supps. You have to do it slowly with a proper diet. That will reset you body's set point to a lower bf level which will enable you to stay that way much easier.
