Hi everyone. I am on a TKD diet, trying lower my BF%.
Currently i take CEE in the mornings and post workout. Post workout, i also take my protein drink along with the CEE. Now Ive heard it is not best to take CEE along with protein. So which one should i take first then? I also bought an ECY stack (vasopro ephedrine, caffiene, yohimbine) I am planning on taking the stack 2x a day. I am not sure when to take what....this is what i think i should do...feel free to correct me ___________________________________ First thing in the morning, before meal 1: take EC stack (ill add Y in a few weeks) After meal 1 or meal 2, take CEE in water now heres where im confused...how to time these things around my workout...keep in mind, im on a TKD so i take dextrose pre workout and also mix it into my post workout drink... eat meal3 1-2 hours prior to workout half hour before workout, take 30g dextrose, EC stack WORKOUT half hour after workout, take protein shake plus 30g dextrose after one hour take CEE when is it best to take the CEE?? I read that it is best to take it after workouts...but what should go first, the protein drink or the CEE? And how much time in between? And is my EC stack timing ok? Onece in the morning, once pre workout.. Thanks in advance ![]() |

after going thru alooot of old threads, i decided to make it just an EC stack. Many people said combining E and Y isnt too safe..and the aspirin doesnt really make much difference, so im gona do just an EC stack.
I still want to know what to take first PWO..the CEE or protein + dextrose? |

Alot of people on the forum say that they throw in their cee with their protein shake to get rid of the taste of the cee. I usually take asprin because ephedrine will give me a headache.
