    Nitric Boost

With NO, when do you take it. It say's to take on a empty stomach to be more effective and drink water, thats a given. But, when you eat 5-6 meals thats tough to do. My main question is when would you take it with concerns of working out. Like a hour before or 30 mins. Also would it matter if you take creatine with it, would it change to 20 mins or etc. I have heard NO is a waste of money, which is why I didnt pay for it. Any help would be awesome.
