EFA's!!! Evening Primose Oil!!!
Does anyone know if Evening Primose Oil has estrogen like effects on the body for males ie... gyno, etc...... (is EPO considered phytoestrogens)
I want to start taking this supplement because of all the positive info I have read about it but I also read somewhere it could/can have unwanted estogen effects on the body! cant seem to find any info to confirm or deny this claim! |
