    add more to the stack?

    Here's my summer stack.

    Creatine Monohydrate
GNC Pro Performance® Weight Gainer 1850 - French Vanilla (74 g of protein per serving w/ vitamins)
    L-Glutamine Powder
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate

In the past, I have only tried No-Xplode and/or V12 before workouts and then whey protein shortly after workouts. The pumps were great but a 3 pound gain in 3 weeks was lackluster. I'm looking to gain 20-30 lbs. over the summer.

Okay, back to what I wanted to ask...

My question(s) are: is there any supplement I should add to that stack? Also, how many servings should I take of each and when? Also, how much water should I drink a day?

Well, I guess, from what I was told in the other forum, 10 pounds would be the only reasonable amount I could gain now.
