    Multivitamins

    ok I resently started talking multivitamins, and I noticed that after I take them my urine turns bright yellow color, is that normal?

    It's the riboflavin or B-2 vitamin that causes this. Nothing to worry about. The body absorbs what it can take in, and the excess is passed out in the urine. There is nothing wrong; your body is simply getting rid of extra vitamin B2.
