L-glutamine
I bought this product recently in capsules each is 500mg, in the directions in the back it says to eat 1 daily. Anyone has any recommendation on how many to kae and when?

Personally I think Glutamine is worthless.
But an ideal daily dose would be 15-20 grams a day (so 30-40 pill in your case) AM Pre Workout Post Workout PM |

Glutamine can assist your body in absorbing creatine and in digesting other supplements. It is also used by the body in rebuilding and repairing muscle. Take it when you take creatine. If you don't use creatine, take it after you workout.

If Glutamine is useless, what do you recommend instead?

I second the recommendation for BCAAs or EAAs.
*SOUND* advice. You get enough glutamine in food and whey based protein supplements. Too much is as bad as too little. |

ok foreman what do u think is good ??? as u say the glutamine is useless tell me what do u suggest actually i think al supplements = waisted money exept some like whey powder as a meal repacement and after workout meal in combination with some carbs and efas
