    Accelerade and BCAA Complex

I have a decent amount of Accelerade left over, and I'm considering buying 1000g of BCAA's from ATW.com to throw it in the shake for pre-workout and mid-workout.

Does anybody have experience with doing something like this? Does it taste alright? Accelerade has a similiar taste comparable to other sport drinks.

Other than creatine, I wouldn't add anything to it, especially a macro. Those drinks are formulated precisely so adding something may have a negative impact. I am a big fan of Accelerade, a bit of creatine and it hits the spot.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I hear that... I plan on taking some CEE before lifting, approximately 30 minutes before, and Accelerade during the session.
Would it be wise to just combine the two and split half pre-workout and the other half mid-workout?

I added TriCreatine Malate with the drink and had it 30 minutes or so prior to lifting.
