it is an amino acid as far as i am aware that pushes more water into the muscles so you should look fuller and notice slight increase in endurance?

It will definitely help in a calorie deficit in regards to increasing protein synthesis and helping you at least retain some muscle mass.

you gain weight by eating more, not if you take creatine.

How have you found it so far?
I'm still debating if I should add some CEE to my stack, or not.

Currently cutting (Bulk soon): Lost 43 kilos (94.6 lb) since March of 2005. Current BF%: ~12.5 - 14%

Creatine will in no way interfere with you losing body fat, if that is your goal. Creatine will help you keep your strength up and your muscle cells volumized, which is imperative for triggering muscle growth.

Some creatine's will have you hold some subcutaneous water, which will blur some cuts slightly, but this can be remedied in a matter of days if you were looking to "peak" for photos, a vacation, or contest.
