Sooo bloated from cell-tech

cell-tech bloats me so bad is there a different kind of creatine that won't bloat me? or does all creatine bloat?

Cell tech is crap. Get some Creapure cratine from ProLab and you good to go. And if you want to make your own Cell tech you do the folowing: 1. Get ProLab cratine 2. Go to the supermarket and get 3 or 4lb of sugar 3. Mix the creatine and the sugar together and there you go, your own Cell crap.

Well I don’t get any bloat or whatever from it. But then again everyone reacts different. Give it a try. You lose nothing. It is a lot cheaper than Cell Tech without the added sugar. No wonder their ads say you will gain like 10 pounds on a week or something like that (yeah of pure fat). Plus it is from Creapure which is proven free of impurities, best creatine you can find.

DON`T mix it with sugar

If you want to do it that way mix it with dextrose!!!!!!!

You`re better off, IMHO just to buy some micronized creatine ( I luv AST`S ) and drink it with kool aide or some other sugary drink...

LOL, I was just J/K with that. I told him that b/c Cell Tech is loaded with sugar.
