glutamine and aminos are good...but if your talking about best to get gains in mass, then its creatine, ive used cell tech and size one, yes i know both are high priced but hell each packed on 8-10lbs of lbm

here in egypt supplements are expensive as hell i just wait somebody travelling to us or some countries in the middle east like imarates and i pay him to get me my supplements but the problem is ..if i decided to use creatine shall i have to use it all the way?? i mean using it for 2 months or three then stopping for another months will be worthless??

Creatine works great if you take it correctly. Load up and then take it every day.

i definately believe in loading up if you are taking monohydrate...got good results with both but much faster and lasting results with loading.

That right there is the primary reason people "bloat" up so much with monhydrate. You guys take way too much, as opposed to CEE where the doses are controlled in a sense, because you are only taking 3g pre-workout, and 3g post workout. Either way, though, you are still supposed to experience a little water retention even from CEE.

sometimes i need the bloat though, it helps with my mind, makes me feel like i am making big gains...helps with tough periods in my training.
