Creatine works great if you take it correctly. Load up and then take it every day.
I'm 33 years old, 5'-10", and 169lb - I'm fairly lean and have an athletic shape. My goal is to cut down to 164lb in six weeks, w/o sacrificing muscle mass. HELP!!

i definately believe in loading up if you are taking monohydrate...got good results with both but much faster and lasting results with loading.

That right there is the primary reason people "bloat" up so much with monhydrate. You guys take way too much, as opposed to CEE where the doses are controlled in a sense, because you are only taking 3g pre-workout, and 3g post workout. Either way, though, you are still supposed to experience a little water retention even from CEE.

sometimes i need the bloat though, it helps with my mind, makes me feel like i am making big gains...helps with tough periods in my training.
