are amino acid supplements essential ???

some body says that supplementing amino acids like 2222 and anabolic 10,000 is important for weight training.... but i think a good diet will provide the body with it's needs .. what do u think?????????

if your diet is high in quality proteins than the amino acid supplement is not necessary.

I agree and disagree only from my experiences.

Without additional BCAA's in my training, recovery didnt seem as fast and my cuts were not showing as well. Once I began using BCAA's in my training and supplementation, I seemed to feel better, less broken down and actually seemed to sleep a bit better at night.

Just my opinion on the matter



To achieve Success is certaily tough..but keeping it, much tougher!

okay, but he was not asking about BCAAs.
