    A question about cycling supps..

So, is it necessary or important or beneficial at all to cycle supplements like Creatine Ethyl Ester or supplement such as no-xplode or fast twitch.
and is NO2 bad for you at all? does it cause any long term side effects if i dont cycle or quit using it?

Do you have a moral objection to using the search feature on this site?

Of course you should cycle all supplements such as CEE and NO. If not for your health, then at least for the fact that they lose effectiveness after extended long-term use.

Usually, I'm 6-8 weeks on, and then a good 3-4 weeks off.

I disagree, your body does not build up a tolerance to CEE so there is no need to cycle it. You also don't need to cycle protein as these are basic muscle building components. You may want to cycle NO products and especially NO Xplode because your body can build up a tolerance to the NO boosters and because its has so much caffeine, your body will build up a tolerance to that as well making it less effective. However, if you only use NO Xplode only 4 or 5 days a week ( a lot of us only use it on days that we workout) you do not need to cycle it either. If you are taking it daily you should take a week off every 5-6 weeks.

When did I say that you are suppose to cycle protein, and multi-vitamins? Please direct me back to that quote. And I disagree with you, you reach a point with "certain" supplements where they begin to lose their effects on you, and it is a point of diminishing returns.

40, i thankd you and jerrry for ur replys, no need to be a dick. It does make sense because i take the no-xplode(supercharge now) 4 days a week, one scoop, so there are 3 days where im not taking them so it is understanable for the effects to not diminish.

as for CEE, i believe everyone has thier own opinions of cycling or not cycling. I still don't know if im gona cycle it yet... i see both pros and cons of cycling and not cycling.
