type out what it says on the bottle, i'll translate.

It likely says something to the nature of take one scoop PWO, and possibly in the morning for best results.

First part basically said that it has a low glycemic index, is slowly assimilated, and helps avoid catabolism.

Recommended Dosage: We recommend a per day average protein contribution (regular meals included) of 1.5 grams per kg of body weight, and a maxium of 2 grams per kg/bodyweight in the event of intense muscular activity. During the day, the product should be used at least every four hours, either combined with meals to supplement protein when the meal lacks adequate protein or used between regular meals at twice the regular dose (as a meal replacement). Recommended dose, 1 meal =2 doses = 32g of product (approximately).

Mon dieu! Non regulare! (Quebec) French-Canadien!

Babelfish (translator) didn't like some of it. I think the translation is close enough (as we say, good enough for government work) to suit your purposes.

Cheers.
