What do you guys think of MACA? I heard from a friend its really good and gives him good gains at the gym. He got his shit directly from peru accroding to him. Im not sure how true that is. ?? Just wondeirng if anyone has any input on it.
Its a long dist buddy so i really dont know what gains he has made. He said it gives him a shit load of stamina.
I don't know how much strength gains you'll get from maca unless your testosterone deficient or something. From my understanding maca is a hormone regulator.
