    With the whey i'll be takin

    How often do i take it ....The Suggested amounton the bottle or what

    1 gram per body weight i heard

    if so how many times a day one when i wake up and before bed or what ...

    and i see it a creatine formula ...and i see there pure creatines and creatine formula?????????????

    Cell-Tech has a lot of sugars you don't need, so I would either go with Bulk CEE, or a great tasting, low calorie CEE/NO product like Xceed.

    Doesn't matter what kind of creatine you take, if you don't eat more than maintenance calories, you won't gain weight, period!
