Topical Fat cutters? are they legite and worth while?
I had surgery on my left knee about 3 months ago, and its gonna be another 1 -2 months before I can start doing running/cardio on it. So in the meantime I have been hitting the weights hard and getting stronger and bigger, almost too big for what I want, lol.......... anyway, Im ready to start cutting now for summer and especially cuz I hate the stomach fat (love handles that I gained because of the bulking)... Im gonna have to cut just with diet for right now without the added help of cardio, but I am looking for a little extra help with my stomach area! so bottom line is are there any topical fat supps that can assist with the cut? are they legite or just hype?
Well I ordered 2 bottles of Lipoderm Ultra for myself and 1 bottle of Ab-Solved for a friend!!
Im on a cut right now and cant do cardio because of my left knee surgery 2 months ago (another 2 months before I can run again)......
Im looking good all over except for the little bit of love handles and belly fat!! I can feel my hard rippled abs and I cant wait to get em to show again!
If you're above 12% bodyfat, your fat is mostly VAT, and you're not doing cardio, you may not see the effect you're after with these topical fat loss aides.
My avatar is a picture of me about year and half ago! I was about 6% and very ripped up! I So I know where I need to go and how to get there but like I said Im just looking for any help while I am cardio challenged for the next 2 months! I have cut pretty nice everywhere else, its just the damn love handles and small, small, small bloated tummy under the belly button!! when I push in my stomach I can feel the big, solid ripples, so Im just thinking it may be extra water and a little stubborn fat.
