I have been using Xceed for one week and I have had great results with this product. I have responded better to this creatine product than any other I have tried. First day using it I noticed an improved pump and slight strength improvements I believe. Well now I am a week into using it and I have noticed good strength gains and I get a great pump after only doing my warm up sets. My energy has a greater longevity and I just feel like working out for hours, but of course I don't. Great product!

I might give it a try sometime, but have you tried VNS Jacked, or Universal Storm? Xceed is slightly more expensive for the amount of servings you get, so I'm curios as to whether the "results" or "effects" are any stronger.
*EDIT* Oh, and I usually wait 20-30 mins to take a pre-workout creatine product after eating... If I don't I often get sick to my stomach, but maybe I just have a sensitive stomach...

The only problem with taking it around food is that the food may slow down the absorption of the Arginine, which means you may or may not get as much of a pump in the gym from doing so. On the Designer supplement website they say it is not necessary to take a serving PWO, but it also says it would help. I don't want to waste anything... should I take it PWO or no? The website really doesn't cover the benefits of consuming it PWO.
It is fundamentally a pre-workout aid, but its use post-workout would aid with recovery. Not mandatory, but can be nice if you like.
