I have a question. I was suggest TwinLab Amino FUel(mass) and went out and got it. I believe i have recieved great results while using it. But I was also thinking instead of buying that for 14 bucks for 16oz, is it better if i buy like optimum 100 whey or cytosport muslce milk for protein/amino acids instead. It seems like a cheaper offer but the thing i don't know if it will help with recovering of muscles/gain of muscles like twinlab amino fuel provides. Plus, does it have the essential aminos i need that twinlab provided? MuslceMilk seems to have of a more "muscle gainer" effect then the optimum, although price range is very big. Optimum gives me the impression of great protein but lacks the help of gaining muscle like musclemilk accomplishes. If anyone has used any of these products or any thing else they would suggest, let me know. I have been working out for maybe 2-3 months now and havent seen signinicant weight increase, but i have gotten compliments on bicept/shoulder/chest size. I heard if you use NO2 with MM its great results. I use NO-explode by BSN and love it. www.massnutrition. is selling 2.48LBS of muscle milk for 18.50 or something. What a deal!!! Compared to its 30bucks! If someone can inform me on some of this stuff it would be great. Plus, is it true that MM contains some creatine?
