I have pretty big shoulders and big arms (girls love my arms)....im 17
Im 200lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches
I have a bit of a belly, and an estrogen problem (for those of you who dont know its like girl nipples)
I currently take whey protein daily, but a frined suggested creatine for helping me turn the fat into muscle.
I work out for about an hour a day, and lift till I cant lift anymore
What should I do..
Also, some advice about this estrogen problem would be apretiated
What about the estrogen....is it ever gona go away? Or at least get toned down? what if i pierce my nipples, and squeeze that stuff out of there lol
You have "gyno" right? It usually goes away as you get older but it can be removed with surgery. I used to have it and it dissipated alot. Still have a bit on my right side but hey I'm only 19.

I am no expert, but yeah, I would say in most cases it goes away. I bet if you ask alot of the older guys here they have had it in the past. You can always start a thread in the General Health forum about it to learn more about it from others.
I wouldn't buy from GNC, they are overpriced and the people there usually don't know what they are talking about. The dosing is easy, just look at the container of which you bought, unless you are buying it bulk.
I have been using Xceed which is a CEE(creatine ethyl ester)/NO product, been working great for me.
I get my stuff at www.bodybuilding.com. There are plenty of other places too though, check out this thread to see where people buy their stuff.
I use USN creatine monohydrate, it is a very good supplement. Ive never done a loading phase because i didnt really want a lot of water in my muscles, so i stick to just below the reccomended maintenance dosage.
All i want it for is a little more strength and endurance in work-outs. Especially when im lifting at my higher intensities.
Its well worth the investment though, just read up about it first.
