    Creatines and Maxpump

    There are 2 creatines ive seen. There is

    Creatine Monohydrate
    and
    Creatine Ethyl Ester (or something)

    Whats the difference

    Also im thinking of trying the MaxPump...thing is im 17
    Anyone have any experience with this stuff?

    CEE, TriCreatine Malate, DiCreatine Malate, Creatine Monohydrate and Kre-Alkalyn are the 5 I know of.

    I actually use maximum pump pre-workout. I only use 3 pills twice a week, so it lasts forever. It defintely helps fill the caffeine gap, as I'm too sensitive to have more than 50 mg caffeine.

    Why only 3, and not the 6 preworkout as the instructions say?
