Best creatine/NO2 mix in my opinion is VNS Jacked... I'm going to try Universal's Storm in a week or two and see how I like it...
Never used a test booster though, but I think I'd try a bottle of Anabolic Matrix-Rx if I were to try one. I've heard 6-OXO is good as well.

Creatine could be cee, No2 could be nitrix or some kind of arginine ethyl ester, and test booster I would go with anabolic matrix, or 6 oxo.
