    when to take creatine?

    hey, was wondering when is the best time to take creatine? before or after training? its creatine monohydrate by the way. thanks, tom.

    take around 30 min. before and right after workout. I always used 5g before and after.

    use 5 g 45-60 min before working out, and RIGHT after workout with your shake.

    You don't HAVE to take it right after working out, in fact, I never have...

    I take my bulk CEE with my last meal before bed, and then my creatine/NO2 mix before my workouts.

    I took creat-mono 40minutes before workouts and boy did I ever get good pumps, however this was my first time EVER supplementing, and within about 2-3 weeks my bench was up 30lbs, but then I got lazy and stopped taking it and stopped working out for about a month and all my results went away. Damn me
