    Question For Cutting

My upper abdomen has little fat, but my lower abdomen has like almost a budge, I did go through about a 100lb weight loss but couldn't seem to dissolve this part of my stomach. Think of my stomach almost as a lower case "b" except the bulge isnt QUITE as pronounced as the "b" but it definitely looks out of porportion with my upper abdomen. I was thinking of trying Ab-Solve, does anybody know anything about this weird stomach phenomenon? And possibly what type of fat it could be.... It's very loose almost kind of hangy fat, I'm guessing it's cortisol related, I am a very self hating kind of person with stress, but I don't want to waste money on buying the wrong product, I have a tight budget, as I'm attending college and working and have a gym membership and take high quality vitamins/minerals/enzymes/probiotics.

IMO it depends how old you are. I would maybe try an eca stack, but I would first try doing cardio a couple times a week. I read a post on another site saying that it does work. But try doing more cardio atleast 3-4 times a week and stick to a clean diet. Give that a try for a month or 2 if you feel like you need more than I would try a some kind of thermogenic fat burner.

Ok thanks, I'm 18 but I do lack cardio for sure, I stopped doing cardio because I got lazy lol. Thanks for the suggestion, and by the way what is an eca stack, I'm really new to this forum and I know almost NOTHING about all these terms you guys use.

I disagree, not a very good combination; especially for an 18-year old. Instead, I think he should focus on a healthy diet, one that is 200-500 calories below maintenance. Couple this with a solid cardio routine and he is good to go.

you need to go to the diet/nutrition forum, your diet is the single most important aspect of getting lean, once you get that nailed down try adding a fat burner or EC stack.

I told him it was depending on his age. At 18 I wouldnt reccomend an ECA stack.

Hey man, I've recently had the same issues. I've thinned out a shitload, but I'm still in the process of cutting. And like you, I've still got that little bulge on my belly :P
But as these other guys have said, fix up your diet, do some cardio, and perhaps try a fat burner.
Currently cutting (Bulk soon): Lost 43 kilos (94.6 lb) since March of 2005. Current BF%: ~12.5 - 14%
