    Parents and supplements

    Now as im sure most of you know, there are those uneducated (about the suppelements) parents, that think whey protein and creatine and such are bad, when I tell them its all natural ingredients found in foods, that just come in powders and pills for convinience. I am currently taking whey, and they know but arent too happy about it even though I get results. What can I do to convince them to let me keep taking whey, and also let them know I will do creatine in the summertime.

    Perhaps print something like this off for your parents to read;
    http://www.a-nutritional-supplements.com/sj-protein.htm
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/hashmi2.htm

    Try to educate them on the subject. If they know the benefits, I'm sure they won't be "unhappy" about you taking it anymore.

    BuddyClubNeon I hear u man. I've been taking whey for the past year or so on and off, and when my Dad was around he'd get really angry cus he actually did some research and told me straight that whey is "only the shit they cant use from milk 2 make cheese" Then he started buying slimfast and complan powders. Go figure. But I take whey constantly now and I am starting to see some slow gains, and my mum doesnt mind wtf I buy as long as she gets her rent week in week out.
