    Too many supplements??

Is it possible to stack too many supplements? Currently Im taking Protein, Creatine, NO2, Ephedrine, and vitamins. I want to add Superdrol and Max Pump to my regiment. Am I over-doing it??
    Thanks alot, Adam

if you are already using a creatine and NO2, why would you use Maximum Pump?

I want to cut out the NO2 and Creatine and try new stuff. I guess what I meant to ask is how long I should be off them before I start a new set-up

Save your money sir, multi-v is all you need and a good diet. The minimal gains if at all from supps are not worth the wear and tear on your organs. If your body is trying to repair that damage how can it sustain long term growth? Pro bodybuilders have their face on the label but rarely touch the junk.
Now watch me get slammed from die hard whey fans. I love this part. And now the disclaimer. I have no idea what I am saying for the record.

there are many supplements that are beneficial beyond just a multi-vitamin, they are not necessary, but can definitely assist in gains providing that your diet is in order.

I think one of the major keys is researching what supplements compliment each other and which ones may counteract each other. It is comes a point of net gains yielded versus money spent.

Personally, i do a creatine and NO product during PCT, not at the same time as a ph.

Don't take Superdrol lightly; I'm under the impression that you might be.

Superdrol is a steroid, in a completely different category than the other supplements you mentioned. It requires pre-cautions and a PCT to get your body back into the swing of things. Definetly look into it if you decide to use it.
