    Question about taking NO.

Does taking a NO supplement build muscles faster than not taking one or does it just make pumps last longer? What are some good NO supps without creatine? Is taking regular l-arganine the same as a NO supplement?

I'm just about to finish my first bottle of NO-Xplode...

I haven't noticed any great gains, and because you have to take it on an empty stomach I'm always out of energy towards the end of my workouts..

Will I buy another Bottle? Sure..

Will I buy another one if this one has the same results? Nope..

Building muscle, it'll help supposidly.. I've seen alot of good reviews. But you know what they say, what works for some, doesn't necessarily mean it works for others.

Nitric oxide is not directly anabolic, but it promotes bloodflow and nutrient uptake, so it can be indirectly anabolic. Too much is a bad thing though. The stuff is highly reactive.

The pumps are awesome for mental motivation though.
