    Confused...

I need a little help. I just started working out and all the supplements out there are a liitle overwhelming. I would like to know a good supp. routine for a newcomer. I don't really want to get huge. I would like more to become defined. I feel like I have enough weight, I just need to cut it up some. Any help would be appreciated..

Do you know what your bf% is or close to it? That can also help us give you a little advice on what you may need to do. Where do you reside in NC? John
