    I placed an order May 3rd for ephedrine and didn't get an email from them for about two weeks, stating that vasopro was out of stock and they gave me an option of taking the substitute which I emailed them back stating I would. Except every single email I have sent has not been answered, they have no customer service at all. On the other hand I placed an order on 1fast400 last night and my order was shipped today.

    Just wanted everyone to know the prices might seem cheap but you probably are'nt going to get your product. I am forced to file a claim with my cc company.

    Yep. 1fast is very quick to ship. One time I got it so quick that I assumed someone was walking around with a box and filling it as I clicked on each item.

    I'm having a similar problem with another website being out of stock on an item, though their customer service isn't bad like you're describing... They're giving me the option of swapping products so they can ship it, but I REALLY REALLY like the product I ordered .

    I would be fine if they replied or anything but lol nothing so everyone be warned and yes 1fast is awesome def ordering from them from now on.

    As you can tell, most members use bulk nutrition as a source for buying products. Always check with others on where they buy from before getting into these kind of problems. Mike, who owns bulk is a good person, and runs a great operation. I even bought from them before opening my own business. But I still always had good service with them.

    Just had the same problem with a company that I wont name names because they finally got me my product, but yeah I know the feeling I waited almost a month and a half for it.

    Damn... Maybe I should go ahead and substitute the product, mind messaging me who the company is? There's no way I can wait that long...

    *EDIT* Meh, nevermind, they replied to my ticket and said the product got in today, and they'll be shipping ASAP, so at least they're good on customer service...

    helps to talk to the person at the site via email or phone before placing the order. Ask them what they have, or don't. Many of these companies are one guy at his laptop and a bedroom full of boxes

    Bulk has the best service, I just wish they'd drop their prices on some things.

    Getbuf sucks I know, they take forever just to ship the damn thing. Bulk has things shipped within a couple hours all the time.

    lol I would do that but apparently their email doesn't work since all my emails sent to them were returned back to me, and their phone is "for corporate use only" except its not even listed.

    I placed the order May 3rd and recieved the order May 26th. Basically I will never order from getbuf.com and I am now a loyal bulk customer!
