    Aspirin

    I read in one of my magazines that if your trying to build muscle(which is just about everyone) to take an Aspirin a day to increase blood flow and to help pump more blood into the muscles. has anyone tried this?

    This may help:
    Anticoagulants (blood thinners) such as aspirin
    Nitroglycerin which dilate the blood vessels to increase blood flow.

    Wouldnt that be bad for you, like aspirin isnt suppose to be abused like that is it? I guess it depends on how many you take a day.

    *edit* Oh, he said one a day, nvm. But still over a course of a long time wouldnt it be bad?

    I take 1 asprin a day everyday...The doc told me to. It makes my knees feel better.

    Me too.
    Basically "prescribed" by the doctor to take a asprin ED (81mgs I think).
