    Cee

    I have decided to break away from traditional monohydrate and give CEE a go. Does anyone recomend any particular brands over others? or are they all the same, in terms of price, quality etc?

    Also How do you dose it? Ive heard some people say its better to a few smaller doses throughout the day, others say post workout. Any thoughts appreciated. cheers!

    buy from www.custumnutritionwarehouse.com and the tub will hve directions on it. make sure you get 1000 grams, not the 100, it is cheaper that way. and Get the 1000 grams of taurine too its only $15 and it'll last u a loooooong time.
