Is spending the extra $$ for the Whey protein isolate worth it or will a good old whey protein blend do the near same?

SAME, just get ON's 100% whey, IMO, best bang for ur buck
I like both.
Whey after training (or before morning cardio) is good, but i like they whey/casein blends any other times.
