Sesathin/Sesamin- Possible libido and ED problems!!!

I just bought 2 bottles of Sesathin from Avant Labs and I have read in various forums and posts that people (males) are experiencing big time libido and ED problems... Has anyone here used this Sesathin product or somthing like it (ie..vaporize) and experienced any of these problems!! I want to know because I dont even want to go down that road if there is a slightest chance of that crap happening!

Been taking Sesamin for a good bit now and I have noticed some differences in my performance ability there. It's a good product but this side effect sucks for sure./

I'll buy your sesathin for 90% discount if you don't want them.

I have done an extensive very exhaustive search on the internet for information on sesamin and its side effects, etc... and no where does it say anything about any type of side effects... only states all the positive benefits and basically says there is no side effects, but when I check all the different forums that are posted about Sesamin Ie.. Sesathin, vaporize.... all these libido complaints are being made.......

So in a nutshell.... there are actual users of sesamin products that are having great fatloss results with libido problems as sides but the scientific backing of sesamin has no listing of side effects... this so confusing!
On a positive note for hairloss sufferers, sesamin is supposed to help! LOL

I guess I just gotta try it and see what happens....... I hope I dont go south!

The libido effects are typically only seen in more chronic users who use for prolonged periods of time.

Using it at the recommended dose for 1-2 months at a time will likely not impact your libido.

Sesathin binds to nuclear receptors, one in particular called PPAR-gamma.

PPAR-gamma regulates cAMP ---> makes energy from fats in both mitochondria and peroxisomes --> fat loss

This is the good part of use of sesathin.

Downside, PPAR-gamma also regulates human growth hormone (GH), prolactin and LH release in anterior pituitary. PPAR-gamma also regulates cAMP which influences test production in testes.

Bottom line: it downregulates release of LH and production of test, and that will affect both libido and androgen levels somewhat.

Extent of this effect varies among induhviduals.

Trouble, thank you for the amazingly detailed information......Props!!!

Also, is this a temporary reduction of hormones so that once Sesathin is stopped are the sides quickly to dissepate as well or will they still linger a bit........

No performance issues at all and I'm 33. I will say my desire for sex will decrease after a month or so but nothing to worry about. I've been using sesamin since Avant came out with it a couple of years ago. It's been a staple in my cutting diet. From my experience, I don't notice anything if my BF% is greater than 10% but sub 10% I can tell a big difference.
