    Best Protein Bar

What do you guys think is the best bar for cutting and building muscle? something with very low sugar and no more then 9-10g of fat with no less than 30g protein? i recently started taking a Myoplex chocolate dipped strawberry flavored bar with 30g protein 290cals 23g carbs and 6g fat per bar. is this the best bar or is there something better? let me know what you guys have found to be the best. thanks
I do what I do because I love it

Personally, my favorite is the Met-RX Protein Plus. There are a lot of different flavors, but to be honest if you're cutting, you shouldn't even really consider protein bars unless you're in an ABSOLUTE emergency, like you're late for work, or class and you don't even have time to make a shake.

Even when I bulking I try to limit my protein bar intake to 1-2 per week. Maybe when I gain more mass, I'll have to up it to 1 per day just for the caloric requirement to gain mass, but until then I try to stay away from them.

A protein bar good for cutting is probably not going to be found since you are gonna need one with low sugars. Iovate Lean Balance Cookies contain about 7 grams of sugar and 15 grams of protein per serving and are about the closest thing to a bar.

On the nutrition label(may not be the best representation if you consider ingredients) of the Met-Rx Protein Plus, they have 320 cals,3 grams of sugar, 32 protein, and around 32 carbs...

Actually VPX just put out a bar called Zero Impact, that would be excellent for bulking. Plenty of high quality protein, carbs from grains, and all healthy fats.
