    Twinlab Gainer 1000

    Any1 tried it? if so does it work, or any information on it would be helpful. Just got it today and hoping to see some results.

    I say it's good if you have high metabolism and are trying to gain weight. Other than that I wouldn't bother with it. Real food should always come too. Peace!

    Holy cow! I wouldn't even call that a weight gainer! I'd call it a Fat gainer, that shit is like 5 g of carbs per g of protein, that's... Amazing! If I was you Kavka and you want a good gainer try Serious Mass by ON or Cyto Gainer by Cyto Sports. If you have extra cash get a tub of Serious Mass and small tub of ON's 100% Whey and split the serving of Serious Mass, use one scoop with one scoop of ON's 100% Whey, that would give you around 49g of protein and around 76g of carbs, which is better that the Twinlab stuff.

    Much agreed with. Serious mass is a good one also.....Cytogainer is good too......
