    Question Can anyone recommend.....

I am looking for a quality post workout/meal replacement drink that has low sodium. I am currently using Myoplex Original Meal replacement and it raised my blood pressure through the roof. I have been looking at other brands but they all have sodium levels at 270 grams or more. I prefer using meal replacement drinks immediately after my workout instead of eating. Does anyone know of any?

You should try doing a search it pretty useful, but if your to lazy like me, I did one for you. I posted a few homemade shakes that are easily made and cheap, without all of the sodium or sugar. Enjoy
