Getting back into it...
Took a long hiatus from working out because of some surgery/sickness I had to deal with. I have an insane metabolism and lost EVERYTHING (nearly 20 pounds and most of my strength, lol)
Anyway I just stumbled across this site since I'm looking for some info on the newer supplements out there. I used to take Creatine Monohydrate, the cheap V-tamin Shop stuff. I used to take it before my workouts, with about a half cup of coffee. It worked for me - the caffeine/sugar gave me a great energy boost and the creatine dissolved well in the warmer liquid. And I know I should probably stick to what I know works with my body but was wondering about all this new stuff out there. Creatine Ethyl Ester? BTW I'm purely interested in gaining mass - no need to shed any more weight, lol. |

well, obviously you want a creatine so just get Bulk Creatine ethyl ester powder from customnutrition.com , they also hae dicreatine malate but i think im gona try that next after my batch of CEE. Also you want to get some Whey Protein to take after and before(if u want) ur workouts. Also, get a multi vitamin. These r just the basics.

Thanks for the reply. I already take a daily multivitamin. And yeah I may give the Creatine Ethyl Ester a shot.
I have always stayed away from taking any kind of protein - I get plenty of protein from my diet and it usually does a number on my digestive system. |
