Your body would probably benefit upon waking up so you have the energy during the day.

Does the cal-mag come in a seperate tablet with animal pak? It has been shown beneficial to take cal-mag before bedtime to improve GH level.

Linked from dpsnutrition.com (sorry if leechings a no-no here)

basically a super multi vit, ironman, just pop them after you workout, or after a meal. So what if people at school seeing you popping 11 VITAMINS, just explain it to them if its that big a deal to you.
And according to the Animal product line guide I got in the mail, their Animal Pak pills are time released, so technically you could take them in the morning.

take most of them in the morning...if you used a dividable multi i'd say take 2/3 of your daily dose with breakfast and the other 1/3 with your first meal/snack after lunch

All vitamins are water soluable, doesn't matter when you take them... you will piss the excess out anyway. Although im sure animal pak recommends a time for you to take them.

wow its not that hard, if you workout in morning, eat your breakfast, and take the animal pack 30 mins later....than go hit the gym. IF u workout afternoon, take them 30 mins after ur lunch.

    example for me:

i would eat my lunch at school, 30mins later i'd take the pack, around 1 hour to 90 minutes after, i take my preworkout stuff, than go hit the gym.

Acutally that's incorrect....vitamins are divided between water soluable (B-complex and C, Folic Acid and Biotin) and fat soluable. OD'ing on water soluable vitamins isn't that big a problem but you have to watch the fat soluable ones due to toxicity issues.

    in particular: A, D, E and K (potassium)
