I believe one serving of cell mass has 3 grams of Creatine Ethyl Ester. But yes that SHOULD be sufficient, of course expirement dude, see what works better for you. Use the cell mass post workout otherwise take it whenever, it should aid in recovery. If you find you are not recovering enough, up it to two servings daily spaced 8 hours apart.
