OK, so you're 19 and 270lbs? First you're to young and second you're to fat. Cut the fat, down to say 225lbs and wait until you're 21 then get back to us.

x3....Never done roids, and never will. But at 270 lbs there is plenty of carcass to shed and put on decent muscle.

lol you guys are assholes, but I was about the same as you. I was 270lbs, 6'0. I used Atkins to drop 90lbs. Make sure you work out while losing weight and eat plenty of protein otherwise you'll lose muscle which happened to me. I lost about 30lbs of lean muscle. Good luck.

How is telling a person who is too young and too overweight not to take steroids.
Also Im willing to bet at 19 you have no where hit your natural peak, nor the dedication to put forth while on a cycle. Finally the fact that he posts his first post on a forum about steroids usually means nine times out of ten that he has no clue about what he is trying to get himself into

You could've said it nicer though. But yes, he should wait until he reaches his genetic potential before starting steroids if ever.

I think I was around 19 whenever I took my first cycle. 500mg test (10 weeks) and 25mg dbol everyday (4 weeks). But the thing is I started lifting and eating right whenever I was 14. I had 5 years of training in. If I had a choice to do it again I would've waited a few more years though.

Also, talking about steroids usually wont go to good in the supplement section. Try the next link down called "Anabolic Zone"
