Yes I've taken product for the Joints. I take the Procosa II which comes for www.usana.com. It has Glucosamine Sulfate which is excellent for your joints.

What's in it? joint support DOES work at the proper dosages depending on several personal factors, age, weight, ability to assimilate nutrients, stress on the joints. I find I get great results from a combination; glucosamine sulfate, msm and chondroitin. However don't expect it to be a miracle pill, it takes upwards of a month before the support kicks in, trust me.

I use Champion Nutrition JSF. It's hard to "feel" any difference from using it, but the benefit is supposed to be long term. I put my legs through a lot, so if the JSF will help me down the road, I'm happy to spend the money on the pills. I take two a day.
