The bottle says take 3 caps 3 times a day, but I'm thinking about going against the directions. Am i being stupid?
I don't see the use of taking it three times a day, since now my body's use to the drug......it really doesn't supress my appetite no more. I want to take it just before a workout, for the energy and drive that it gives me at the gym. I'm scared that if I take 9 a day, within a couple more months, its gonna weaken the effect and won't give me that PUSH that I LOVE.

I tried the ECY stack (dropped the A because everyone on here said it did not constitute a worthwhile benefit) twice a day for 4 weeks. I'm taking 3 weeks off and then taking it again for 3 weeks. I used it twice a day, once in the morning & once in the afternoon before working out.
I did experiment 3 times per day for a week, but it left me feeling too jittery and didn't notice any more suppression of appetite than taking it 2 times per day. I would at least recommend taking it twice per day to keep your body in fat burning mode all throughout the day.

i forgot to take mine this morning......and felt like quiting after 10 minutees....then went to the locker...took it, ran the tread for 10 mins...then started pushing weight like a roid monkey.
and what does the y stand for? and how do u seperate the stack....? im taking hydroxycut which comes in caps...

No, I don't need a supplement to make me feel motivated or unmotivated. I'm plenty motivated mentally. Remember, supplements are what they say they are, supplements. I don't rely on them to help me work out, for motivation, or for miracle workers.
