Lipo 6
I have just purchased some Lipo 6 capsules and i am wondering wether to take them now as i have exams this month,wil it fuck up my concentration etc etc?
Or shall i just wait until i am finished and take them then? Thanks Chris |

I wouldn't. For the first week your prolly going to have some anxiety. Wait til after your exams.

well i still have another week till exams so i thought i'd start taking them
 First day i took one 30 mins after a run and 30 mins before eating breakfast (6am) th next i took one at 1.30pm I felt a bit weird and go a bit tingly but thats about it,no shakes or anxiety Lets hope they work |
