I am new to the choosing of a protein shake. I have no clue what is good for you in a shake and what is not. So I need some advice on what people think would be the best. I am looking to lose weight and tone at the same time. Have the excercise equipment and all but don't know what to get to replace my meals with. Any advice on a good tasting and good working protein shake???

I would go with one of these 3 if taste is important.
