DIRECTIONS:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 servings (each serving consisting of 3 tablets with an 8 oz. glass of water) daily. On workout days, take one serving in the mornig and the other immediately after workout. On Non-workout days, take one serving in the mornig and another anytime during the day.
Consume 10 8 oz of water dailyto help enhance creatine absorption, to maintain an adequate state of hydration, and for good health
i no it probally dosent seem confusing but im always like to be careful wit any supplement i take

First learn english, then ask.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...
