Weight Loss Supplementation
What supplements do you peeps recommend when trying to lose a lot of fat (over 30 lbs)? I'm currently taking just multis, whey, and fiber & calcium pills. Should I start the lean fuel extreme? How about cla and pyruvate?

Well for the first 4 weeks of your diet I would simply try and establish a good calorie consumption that allows you to shed some fat and then go from there. After 4 weeks is a good time to throw in a fat burner. I recommend an eca stack. It is head and shoulders above the rest.
