    BCAA's

Any advice on the best way to get all the needed BCAA's into your system?

Eat meat. If you eat peanuts or try to get them out of veggies then chase them with milk or meat.

I was thinking more along the lines of what supplements contain the best distribution/amount needed.

Oh, well, that depends on who you talk too. I personally think bcaa's in pill or powder are a scam. But then again, my face, name, or endorsement is not on the label.

A scam? How do you mean?

Frankly, BCAAs are not cost-effective when bulking. But they are excellent for myuscle preservation when cutting, or when trying to do a recomp phase.

    I like Xtreme Formulations ICE.

You're crazy if you think BCAA's are a scam. By far one of the most studied items sold in our industry.

The supplement industry. I sell everybody's product, so I don't have a dog in the fight. The point is, there are a ton of studies on BCAA's and how effective they are. Go spend 30 minutes on pubmed and see for yourself.

The issue has always been taste. You have to make sure you take enough, but it works great.

I've had great results with BCAAs. The same people that are always knocking them are the ones who are never cut. If you eat a ton of food, and are never concerned with your bodyfat and rather just how big you can get, then they aren't going to be of much use.
