I just got my order of Creatine (CEE+C-AKG) from VPX. Of course I didnt see the package sitting on the table until after my workout. Before I start taking it I want to make sure I am actually taking the supplement correctly. I intend on following the directions on the label, but I have a few questions.
Firstly, it smells horrid and I am scared to taste it. I dabbed by finger on the top of the lid and it tasted very pungently acidic. How does this taste? and what is it best to mix it with?
Second, should I take this with a protein shake? I have a protein shake before and after my workout. I would not literally mix it in with my protein mix because it would taste disgusting, but is it alright to take it right before or after?
Third, the directions say for best results to take it before and after my workout. Should I split the serving or take 1 serving before and after?
Lastly, should I take it on my off days? I workout MON/TUES and THURS/FRI.
If it matters: I'm an 18yr male, 5'6, 130lbs. Thanks!
